Recently, we’ve been developing sites in WordPress. What is WordPress? WordPress was originally developed for blogging, but today it is so powerful that we use it for websites. It’s a complete content management system, or CMS for short. Once your site is live, you will have total control. What does this mean? You can change, update, and add content easily at any time. Updating or adding new pages will save you time and money. It eliminates contacting a web developer to make those changes and being charged for it. WordPress also adds many Search Engine Optimization plug-ins that work right inside of the administration area giving your site an edge within search engines.
A website with a CMS is important for your business. Search engines such as Google are now branching out to sites that use CMS because they contain new and current information. These sites are also optimized for all search engines, the most important part of your web site. A site is useless if it can’t be found.
